Hate waiting a week to see your therapist?
Dread cancellation fees when your schedule shifts?
Type faster than you think?
Feel better with screen-off?
No private space to take a video therapy appointment?
Using AI as your therapist for these reasons?
For when you don't need a crisis line, but need someone to talk to quick, I'm here.
Book with me 30 mins before session, 9am – 9pm.
How it works
1.
Sessions open for booking 30 minutes before the hour
2.
Fill out the intake form with your backstory and desires for the session
3.
Therapy happens in the Jane.ca portal with camera and voice off, using the chat function and the Miro board
Not a crisis line,
not a weekly therapist –
something in between.
Crashing out? I got you.
With 10 years of crisis line experience, I support clients using in-the-moment strategies that are trauma-informed, nervous-system supportive, bodymind somatics, anti-oppressive, harm-reductive, safety-seeking, and relational repair oriented.
Using your already existing tool-kit, I act as your ally in re-orienting you towards center.
Return as often as you need, or try it out just once. No pressure, no judgement, no commitment.

Meet Cassandra
Social location: I am a queer, non-binary, mixed race, first generation (South-Asian-Italian), multiply disabled (ADHD, Chronic Pain, C-PTSD) survivor of familial and sexual violence.
Why Text Therapy?: With ten years working on and managing crisis lines like Toronto Rape Crisis Line, TMU’s Sexual Assault Line, and Stella’s Place Virtual Peer Support Chat, and as a user of crisis lines myself, I know both sides of good service via text, phone, and video.
My justice philosophies: I’m trained in anti-racism, disability justice, and non-carceral justice practices, including inventing poetic justice as a real justice-making healing experience via poetry & writing.
Arts-based practice: I am an multi-award winning spoken word and published poet featured in Canadian magazines and online various platforms. I bring this high level of creativity to support clients in making meaning of their stories and experiences and then find somatic grounding through movement.
